It is hereby ordered that Margie Marie Fitzwater serve upon Walter Kim Fitzwater, Petitioner, whose address is 742 Summerlee Ave, Oak Hill, WV 25901, West Virginia, an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition For Divorce filed in this action on or before September 13, 2024.
