The purpose of this action is to notify the unknown owner(s) of personal property located at Shilo Drive Fayetteville, WV in Fayette County of abandoned property at said premises.

The current owner of said location is URME Properties LLC and can be contacted at (304)640-5007 or PO Box 20 Oak Hill, WV 25901 by the owner(s) of the aforementioned property for reclamation of the personal property.

It appearing that the owner(s) of the personal property currently located at Shilo Drive Fayetteville, WV are presently unknown at this time, it is requested that any person claiming ownership promptly notify URME Properties LLC at the above contact information. Should anyone fail to claim this personal property by August 15, 2024, please be advised that URME Properties LLC will dispose of said property in the manner in which he deems fit such as clearing the debris or seeking a judicial finding of abandonment.
