The object of the above entitled action is a circuit court matter whereby Petitioners are filing a Petition for Adoption.

It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that the whereabouts of said Respondent, Kelli Dawn Kincaid, is unknown by Petitioners; therefore it is

Ordered, that Respondent, Kelli Dawn Kincaid, do appear and serve upon Robert P. Dunlap, II, Petitioners' attorney, whose address is 345 Prince Street, Beckley, West Virginia, 25801 an answer or other defense to the petition filed in this action on or before August 12, 2024 otherwise, judgment by default will be taken against him at any time thereafter.
