AND BEING the same real estate which was conveyed to Betty Jane Lawhorn and Delmas Lacey Lawhorm by Deed dated April 9, 1991, from Delmas Lacey Lawhorn, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Fayette County, West Virginia, in Deed Book 484, at Page 711. Delmas Lacey Lawhorn passed away from life in March of 2001, and pursuant to the survivorship provisions contained in the aforementioned Deed, fee simple title vested in Betty Jane Lawhorn.
