NOTICE OF TRUSTEE SALE Notice is hereby given that by virtue of that certain Deed of Trust dated April 30, 2012 executed by Limer Properties, LLC, unto J. Michael Anderson, Substitute Trustee, of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Fayette County, West Virginia, in Trust Deed Book 893 at Page 363, the makers of the Note and obligation secured thereby having failed to pay the same as provided for under the terms of said Note and Deed of Trust, and default not cured within the terms of said note and Deed of Trust, the holder of the Note having declared the whole thereof to be due and payable and having requested the undersigned, in writing, to make sale of the real estate described in said Deed of Trust, I will sell at public auction to the highest bidder on December 21, 2017, at 9:30 a.m. of that day at the front door of the Courthouse of Fayette County, Fayetteville, West Virginia, the following described real estate, to-wit: The residue of Lot No. 26, of the Oakdale View, in the Hayes Addition to the City of Oak Hill, West Virginia, as the same is shown on a map or plat of the same filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Fayette County, West Virginia, in Map Book 2, at Page 140, reference to which map is here made for a more accurate description of the real estate herein described and hereby conveyed. There is EXCEPTED and RESERVED, that certain part of Lot No. 26, which was conveyed to Robert E. Beckelheimer, by Glenna Godby and W. T. Godby, her husband, by deed dated June 20, 1951, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Fayette County, West Virginia in Deed Book No. 161, at Page 451, and being more particularly bounded and described as follows, to-wit: BEGINNING at a stake at the intersection corner of Washington Avenue and Park Street and thence with Park Street S 79-52 W 70.83 feet to an iron pipe on the line of Park Street; thence through Lot 26 N 9-56 W 41 feet to an iron pipe on the line of Lot No. 26 and Lot No. 27; thence along the line between Lots 26 and 27 N 79-52 E 70.83 feet to a stake on Washington Avenue; thence with said Avenue S 9-56 E 41 feet to the beginning, containing 2,904 square feet. And being the same property acquired by Limer Properties, LLC, by deed dated April 12, 2012, from J & N Rentals, Inc., a West Virginia corporation, recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Fayette County, West Virginia, in Deed Book 681, at Page 743.
