Rd., Cannelton, WV 25306) has a permit on file with the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) for the surface mining of approximately 43.14 acres and has submitted an application to the DEP, 1159 Nick Rahall Greenway, Fayetteville, WV 25840, for renewal of Article 3 Permit Number H632 to continue to operate a haulroad in the N/A seam of coal.
