Advertisement Notice is hereby given that Kingston Resources Inc., 600 Resource Drive, Scarbro, WV 25917 has submitted an application to the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), 1159 Nick Rahall Greenway, Fayetteville, WV 25840, for a significant permit revision to Article 3 Permit Number U300601 in order to revise the subsidence control plan to add approximately 960 acres of additional mining area in the Douglas coal seam. The revised permit will discharge into White Oak Creek of Clear Fork of Big Coal River of Coal River and Milburn Creek of Paint Creek, all of the Kanawha River and is located 4.50 miles, northwest of Pax in the Valley District of Fayette County, and the Clear Fork District of Raleigh County at Longitude 81 f 18' 36" and Latitude 37 f 57' 57" (Coordinates from USGS Topographic Map).
